California Tint Law Summary: Front side windows must allow at least 70% light transmission (VLT). Rear side windows and rear windshield can be any darkness as long as the vehicle has outside mirrors on both sides. Windshield tinting is limited to a non-reflective visor strip along the top. We only install 100% California-legal tints.
